THE CELL PHONE HAS REPLACAED THE WRIST WATCH AND AND THE ALARM CLOCK, LEAVING THE APPLE IPOD CLOCK TO STAND ON IT'S OWN, IN THE TREPIDATION OF WHAT IS TO FOLLOW... AS THE COMPUTERS MERGE MORE AND MORE WITH THE TV. AND COMMUNICATION BECOMES ONE..... NAMASTE

BEST CHIA SEED DESERT WITH BAKED APPLE

OKAY.!  HELLO TODAY.  LAST NIGHT, I MADE A BAKED APPLE...SCOOPED OUT THE MIDDLE AND ADDED SOME SOAKED CHIA SEEDS, AND MADE A PUDDING.  YOU CAN ADD SOME CINNAMON OR CARDAMON, AND THEN ADD A DROP OF EITHER CASHEW ICE CREAM, OR CASHEW CREAM.  FOR CRUNCH, YOU CAN ADD SOME DEHYDRATED FRUIT OR A FEW ALMONDS OR CASHEWS,  BROKEN UP ON TOP!  NOW, ISN'T THAT SIMPLE....AND GOOD??!!  NAMASTE...

THE EPIPHANY OF THE WORD MADE VERBAL

So, while this quote unquote blog began as the things i love best, it has evolved into many things.  For example:  1. It is a harbinger of my coming blog on stories  2.  It is an analysis of culture and psychology mixed with metaphysical truths   3.  It is a recipe book  4.  It is the witness of the doppelganger looking to recreate itself through the mirror of time   5.  It is a way to float my love of words into the world

The epiphany of the word is that there is no epiphany
because
the word blurs content and form
and creates a metaphysics of veritable truths...(this blog is also a poem)
