THE BEST WAY TO COMBAT FEELING BLUE IN THE SNOW...

Focus on the beauty of the snow.... the sun reflected off of the white crystals...the shapes in the icicles.....
AND  the best things to eat in the snow:    chocolate and chocolate ....cocoa nibs, powder, and beans in the blender.....   blended with some kind of nut milk with anything good such as dates, carob, lacuma...... or any other superfood powders......
And the best way to move forward when you are feeling stuck in the snow....go inside... really inside.  !!!
Eat warming foods with warming spices ---- cardamon and ginger and cinnamon and nutmeg.... and wear spices on your solar plexus......
