RECIPE TO MAKE YOU FEEL LIGHT AT LUNCH AND HELP YOU FACE THE REST OF THE DAY


THE BEST SALAD EVER

Take an empty plate.  Break strip of raw nori sheets on the plate.  After that, break some raw fresh dulse on the plate too.  Chop up some dino kale really fine.  Put in the middle of the plate on top of the seaweed.  After that, in a circle, put small amounts of grated red beets, grated yellow beets(if you feel like having two kinds of beets), grated zucchini, chopped cucumbers, diced red pepper, chopped celery.  Sprinkle hemp seeds on whole salad, and if you want, raw sesame seeds too.  Take an orange and drizzle it on the salad.  After that, take some fresh pineapple and add it here and there to the salad, as a surprise sense of sweetness to make you happy and “pleasantly” surprised.  After that, drizzle some raw cold pressed good quality olive oil, or if you want, argan oil, on the salad.  Sprinkle lightly with dulse granules or good quality celtic sea salt or Himalayan salt.  On the table, as some added excitement, you can put a tray of these items:  put them all on a tray so that they add order and beauty to your meal.  You can have optional kale chips,  PH spray by Dr Young,  and nori flakes.  Serve with raw crackers.
